Description

Own Linux user-space software development and integration with device drivers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-space applications using C/C++.
• Integrate applications with Linux device drivers.
• Implement user-kernel interaction mechanisms including ioctl, mmap, shared memory, and sysfs.
• Debug issues using GDB, logs, and Linux diagnostic tools.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Linux user-space software development.
• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Solid understanding of Linux OS fundamentals: processes, memory, threading, and I/O.
• Hands-on experience with RedHat Linux.
• Strong debugging skills using GDB and system logs.
