Description

You will architect and implement software to improve product stability, scalability, and availability across multi-datacenter environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple services and automate solutions to prevent recurring system issues.
• Plan for system reliability and handle outages across multi-datacenter environments.
• Implement GITOPS-driven configuration management and deployment workflows.
• Develop new consumers and publishers for REST/SOAP API communications.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting by analyzing logs to identify and resolve root causes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of Linux internals (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows internals.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible, Jenkins, and Terraform.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and Groovy for Jenkinsfile development.
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Experience with virtualization (KVM, Libvirt, oVirt, KubeVirt, OpenStack).
• Knowledge of Software Defined Storage (Ceph, GlusterFS).
• Experience with Repository and Artifact management (Red Hat Satellite, Spacewalk, Nexus).
• Understanding of ELK stack and its beats (Auditbeat, Filebeat).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with DNS, SSL/TLS handshakes, and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Vault tools (CyberArk, HashiCorp) and OS compliance (CIS Benchmark).
• Experience with Loadbalancers, Site Selectors, and Firewalls.
