Description

You will support technology solutions for Wholesale Credit objectives through Linux administration and cloud-based architecture implementation.

Responsibilities

• Implement cloud-based architectures and associated security controls within a banking environment.
• Drive adoption of infrastructure solutions across 200+ users and 20 feature teams.
• Manage resolution and remediation for risk and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with implementation partners, architecture, and developers to deliver infrastructure and middleware solutions.
• Automate processes using Python or Shell scripting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Linux software installation and administration.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Shell scripting for process automation.
• Experience supporting or developing Java web applications.
• Working knowledge of Web Services, specifically SOAP and REST APIs.
• Experience with version control tools such as SVN or GIT.
• Ability to monitor and manage logs using tools like Splunk, syslog, or Grafana.
• Experience with orchestration and job scheduling activities.
• Strong data relationship, data interface, and query skills.
• Background in either Java development or Linux infrastructure/DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD tools including Bitbucket, Ansible, Jenkins, or XLR.
• SFDC Administration certification.
