Description

You will lead Tier 2 technical support for EDM application operations and supervise a team of Tier 1 technicians.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead escalated ticket resolution and provide Tier 2 technical support.
• Develop and manage SOPs to standardize troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Supervise Tier 1 technicians through training, mentorship, and readiness drill tests.
• Coordinate with HQ EDM teams for Tier 3 support escalations.
• Track KPIs and assist with reporting, MBO evaluations, and policy improvements for senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in application support and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Linux OS (CentOS, Rocky, or RedHat).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal).
• Strong expertise in server and application support.
• Proficiency with Networks, Servers, Applications, OS, and Databases.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apache, Tomcat, or other middleware systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing system operations and preventive maintenance.
