Description

Provide Level 2 support for RHEL systems in production environments
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of RHEL servers
- Monitor system performance, availability, and troubleshoot issues
- Handle incident, problem, and change management as per ITIL processes
- Perform patching, OS upgrades, and security hardening of Linux systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
- Work on filesystem management (LVM, partitions)
- Troubleshoot CPU, memory, disk, and network issues
- Configure and manage services like SSH, NFS, FTP, DNS, etc.
- Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
- Configure and maintain Pacemaker cluster
- Automation | Shell scripting or Ansible 
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Technical Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of RHEL 8/9 administration
Hands-on experience with:

LVM, file systems, disk management
System performance tuning
Linux networking (IP, DNS, routing, firewall)

- Experience with patch management (YUM / DNF)
- Understanding of security best practices (SELinux, firewall)
