Description

You will provide Level 2 support for RHEL systems in production, owning installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of RHEL servers.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and troubleshoot CPU, memory, disk, and network issues.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management as per ITIL processes.
• Configure and maintain Pacemaker clusters and manage services like SSH, NFS, FTP, and DNS.
• Document standard operating procedures and coordinate with application and infrastructure teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with RHEL 8/9 administration.
• Hands-on experience with LVM, file systems, and disk management.
• Strong understanding of Linux networking (IP, DNS, routing, firewall).
• Experience with patch management (YUM/DNF) and OS upgrades.
• Proficiency in shell scripting or Ansible for automation.
• Knowledge of security best practices including SELinux.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
