Description

You will manage and maintain core IT infrastructure and environment components within a large enterprise setting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled IT infrastructure maintenance and monitor core environment components.
• Manage incidents and problems, focusing on troubleshooting production issues and root cause prevention.
• Perform capacity planning and analysis to ensure infrastructure availability and resiliency.
• Design, document, and automate disaster recovery plans for core components per datacenter requirements.
• Develop core tools and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in large enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Shell, and Perl scripting.
• Experience with automation and infrastructure tool development.
• Ability to perform complex infrastructure troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Experience with disaster recovery design and documentation.
• Capacity planning and infrastructure resiliency analysis.
• Ability to work with regional teams across AMRS, EMEA, and ASIA.
