Description

You manage and implement end-to-end Linux-based infrastructure, supporting critical core components such as databases, GRID computing, enterprise job schedulers, and messaging platforms. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application infrastructure and proactively resolve issues before they impact users.
• Support release management, troubleshoot problems, and handle incident and problem management.
• Assist with migration projects for servers, Active Directory, datacenters, and application upgrades.
• Write and maintain scripts in Python, Shell, or Perl to support automation and operations.
• Identify root causes for production issues and implement prevention measures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Linux system administration and infrastructure management.
• Strong scripting knowledge in Python, Shell, or Perl for automation and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing enterprise-level Linux environments and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to support critical components like databases and GRID computing.
• Experience with release management and incident/problem handling.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
