Description

Manage and implement end-to-end Linux infrastructure, supporting critical components including databases, GRID computing, job schedulers, and messaging platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application infrastructure and proactively resolve issues before they impact users.
• Support release management, troubleshooting, and incident/problem management processes.
• Assist with migration projects involving servers, Active Directory, datacenters, and application upgrades.
• Write and maintain automation scripts in Python, Shell, or Perl.
• Identify root causes for production issues and implement prevention strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Linux system administration and enterprise infrastructure management.
• Strong scripting proficiency in Python, Shell, or Perl.
• Experience managing databases, GRID computing, and enterprise job schedulers.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and datacenter operations.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise-level IT infrastructure and migration projects.
