Description

You will manage and maintain Linux-based systems to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations of Linux-based servers and associated applications.
• Perform patching, hardware/software updates, and root cause analysis for server issues.
• Implement and maintain anti-virus solutions using RPM and DEB package formats.
• Manage system security access and ensure performance meets defined SLAs.
• Design, support, and troubleshoot cloud environments and virtualized systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Linux system administration.
• Experience running virtualized Linux systems within VMware environments.
• Knowledge of VMware Tanzu platform.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud-based platforms.
• Proficiency with Tomcat and Apache.
• Hands-on experience with RPM and DEB package management.
• Basic understanding of DNS, SAN, WAN, and LAN networking.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the healthcare industry.
