Description

You will lead large-scale server migration projects, managing physical and virtual infrastructure relocation across data centers. You will own the VMware ESXi environment, executing vMotion, storage vMotion, and cross-site VM migrations while configuring and troubleshooting iSCSI storage networks for optimal connectivity. You will develop automation tools to streamline migration workflows and collaborate with internal teams to assess readiness and deliver effective solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute large-scale physical and virtual infrastructure relocation projects.
• Manage VMware ESXi environments, including VM provisioning and migration techniques.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and migrate iSCSI storage networks and multipathing.
• Develop automation tools to streamline migration workflows and ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess readiness and deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of Linux OS internals and architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with VMware ESXi, vMotion, and storage migration.
• Experience with iSCSI storage networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Proven experience leading or participating in large-scale data center migrations.
• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum four years of relevant experience.
