Description

You will engineer, implement, and maintain the Linux platform across all business lines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Automate all aspects of platform management and infrastructure deployment.
• Build and deploy monitoring, security, and application tooling.
• Define system SLAs, manage alerting, and drive issue resolution.
• Execute capacity management strategies and plan Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
• Assist application teams in debugging performance and availability issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with detailed knowledge of the Linux platform.
• Expertise in Linux system administration, kernel optimization, and OS hardening.
• Solid networking skills, including debugging with standard Linux tooling.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Ansible and a bias for Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Python for system automation tasks.
• Detailed understanding and production experience with container runtimes and orchestration.
• Experience managing storage technologies, specifically SAN/NAS protocols.
• Experience operating in low-latency environments, including kernel network bypass technologies.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure configuration, deployment, and SDLC practices.
