Description

You will manage and modernize production environments for global payment processing applications in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities

• Support a suite of applications enabling wires and payment processing.
• Own production deployments, ensuring governance, controls, and acting as a gatekeeper for environment changes.
• Drive recovery efforts during incident calls and coordinate cross-functional root cause analysis.
• Analyze operational support systems and management tools to ensure infrastructure availability.
• Implement incident management solutions and communicate ongoing issues following ITIL best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Linux.
• 3+ years of database support or knowledge with Mongo and/or SQL (Oracle SQL).
• 2+ years of application development or support in payments and/or wires applications.
• Proficiency with Splunk, Appdynamics, Grafana, and Geneos.
• Experience with SQL and Oracle SQL.
