Description

You troubleshoot and resolve complex High Performance Computing (HPC) environments for enterprise customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve critical issues within Azure HPC infrastructure.
• Develop tools and scripts to automate troubleshooting activities.
• Test and vet new technology to support Azure HPC efforts.
• Collaborate with Engineering and HPC platform groups to address customer needs.
• Contribute to internal and external documentation for HPCng system software and internet directory services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a technical support role.
• Experience supporting HPC in a Linux environment.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP networking and related protocols.
• Experience with NFS, DNS, DHCP, Samba, and LDAP.
• Programming skills in C and C++.
• Knowledge of Azure.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues involving multiple technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with internet directory services.
