Description

Manage Linux systems, containers, and Kubernetes clusters across production and lower environments. Own the configuration, deployment, and support of infrastructure while driving automation and modernization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage, install, upgrade, and support server applications on Linux systems.
• Develop automation scripts and use Terraform for state configuration and deployment.
• Perform day-to-day troubleshooting for applications, operating systems, and server maintenance.
• Implement server patches and conduct infrastructure assessments to evaluate new technologies.
• Participate in root cause analysis for major incidents and deploy countermeasures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Infrastructure and Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Linux distributions (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS).
• Working experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting and VMWare/vSphere administration.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD practices, and desired state configuration tools.
• Knowledge of hyper-converged infrastructure stacks and messaging frameworks.
• Understanding of application lifecycle and IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts.
• Ability to document technical designs and solutions effectively.
• Knowledge of LDAP.

Preferred Skills

• Degree or certification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) hardware and industrial automation environments.
