Description

You will maintain and support our production Linux infrastructure, ensuring stability and security.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Linux operating systems and system settings.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security, applying necessary updates.
• Diagnose and resolve software and network issues to maintain stability.
• Implement security measures and manage data backups and disaster recovery.
• Develop and use Bash or Python scripts to automate routine tasks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in systems administration.
• Deep knowledge of Linux operating systems and CLI.
• Expertise with distributions including Red Hat, Ubuntu, Suse, and Oracle Linux.
• Proficiency in scripting using Bash and Python.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools, specifically Ansible.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, server virtualization, and storage systems.
• Experience with LVM creation and modifications.
• Knowledge of security best practices and vulnerability management.
