Description

You will maintain, upgrade, and manage the server infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of software, hardware, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure server hardware and software across Windows and Linux environments.
• Monitor system performance and security, implementing access controls, firewalls, and backups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues reported by users or identified through monitoring tools.
• Execute regular backup operations and manage disaster recovery and failover procedures.
• Document technical processes, policies, and manuals in an internal wiki to train staff on new technologies.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in maintaining and upgrading both Windows and Linux server platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams calling infrastructure.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
• Familiarity with server hardware, network tools, and system administration best practices.
• Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
