Description

You will administer and maintain enterprise Linux infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, harden, and maintain enterprise Linux systems across development, test, and production.
• Manage OS updates and patching processes to maintain security and compliance.
• Administer and maintain enterprise software repositories, governing synchronization and version control.
• Deploy and support Docker-based environments, handling image management and performance.
• Configure and maintain iSCSI storage connections, multipathing, and performance tuning.
• Lead and document infrastructure Proofs of Concept, providing production transition plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise Linux distributions.
• Proficiency with configuration management tools, specifically Ansible and Terraform.
• Experience scripting using Python and Bash.
• Operational knowledge of Docker and container management.
• Expertise configuring and managing iSCSI, LVM, and multipathing.
• Experience managing system services and secure SSH access.
• Familiarity with repository management tools like Pulp.
