Description

You will own the Linux server platform and maintain high-availability production systems. This role requires deep infrastructure knowledge and active participation in on-call rotations to ensure system stability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Linux Server platform and participate in on-call coverage.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to test new component releases, infrastructure upgrades, and monitor performance and capacity.
• Work with global support and engineering teams across different products and platforms.
• Develop and improve support processes, including scripting, documentation, training, and incident, problem, and change management.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of Linux experience.
• Knowledge of server infrastructure, virtualization, and containerization.
• Understanding of infrastructure services including DNS, DHCP, and NTP.
• Knowledge of security protocols such as SSL/TLS and Kerberos.
• Understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP, and HTTPS.
• Experience maintaining high-availability production systems.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Linux container technologies and scripting languages.
• Experience in enterprise-level hosting and large-scale environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps/SRE concepts, and monitoring architecture.
