Description

You will own the Linux server platform and maintain high-availability production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support the Linux Server platform and participate in on-call coverage.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to test new component releases and infrastructure upgrades.
• Monitor performance and capacity across global support and engineering teams.
• Develop and improve support processes, including scripting, documentation, and incident management.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of Linux experience.
• Deep knowledge of server infrastructure, virtualization, and containerization.
• Understanding of infrastructure services including DNS, DHCP, and NTP.
• Knowledge of security protocols such as SSL/TLS and Kerberos.
• Understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP, and HTTPS.
• Experience maintaining high-availability production systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Linux container technologies and scripting languages.
• Experience in enterprise-level hosting and large-scale environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps/SRE concepts, and monitoring architecture.
