Description

Develop and support Linux drivers, tools, libraries, and documentation for data center products and system architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new technologies while participating in new ASIC and hardware bring-ups.
• Provide high-quality, well-tested, secure, and maintainable code for continuous integration and automated deployments.
• Maintain and support internal and external drivers, libraries, tools, and documentation.
• Create tools for automating building, testing, deployment, and monitoring on Linux.
• Debug and troubleshoot system-level issues, features, and hardware-software interactions.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Knowledge of Linux kernel development, including core kernel or device driver development.
• Experience with Git or GitHub for version control.
• Familiarity with continuous integration systems such as Jenkins.
• Understanding of computer organization, architecture, Machine Learning, or HPC.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot system hardware, software, or firmware for embedded systems.
• Knowledge of modern concurrent programming and threading APIs.
• Experience with software development tools including debuggers and profilers.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Linux GPU kernel driver development.
• Strong object-oriented programming background.
