Description

You manage technical analysis, deployment, and integration of IT systems, networks, and hardware across customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical validation of network, system, hardware, and telecom parameters.
• Prepare documentation for equipment deployment, installation, and environment integration.
• Support physical installation teams on customer sites and execute end-to-end solution integration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer maintenance, support, and incident troubleshooting.
• Manage technical escalations with R&D and implement action plans to meet restoration and resolution SLAs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Strong expertise with Docker and Kubernetes for cloud-native orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud deployments.
• Proficiency in virtualization environments, specifically ESX/VMware.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, TLS, SSH, HTTP, DNS, NAT, SMTP, and SNMP.
• Experience configuring firewalls and routers.
• Knowledge of DevOps organizational structures.
• Fluency in German is mandatory.
• Ability to travel to Leipzig, Cologne, and other locations 2-3 times per month.

Preferred Skills

• Database management experience with MySQL, Sybase, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch, MongoDB, ActiveMQ, or EXFO products.
