Description

Operate and administer infrastructure and software platforms within a backend technical team.

Responsibilities

• Administer infrastructure, software platforms, and user groups of moderate complexity.
• Resolve technical issues and evaluate complex configurations to recommend resolutions.
• Implement patch management and verify changes of medium complexity and risk.
• Monitor service requirements to prevent problem occurrences and meet SLA demands.
• Collaborate with team members to identify potential escalations and alert management.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in relevant technologies and customer environments.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and RHEL.
• Intermediate scripting or programming language skills.
• Experience managing infrastructure environments including operating systems, hardware, data centers, security, and networks.
• Knowledge of microservices and server-web related applications.
• Experience using Observability products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and priority-setting skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (8AM-4PM, 2PM-11PM, or 10PM-7AM).

Preferred Skills

• Relevant industry qualifications.
