Description

Manage and support large-scale applications, systems, and cloud technologies. Perform initial triage for alerts and incidents, troubleshoot platform issues, and recommend process improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial triage for incoming alerts, incidents, and requests directed to the Cloud Operations and Support team.
• Troubleshoot platform alerts, onboarding processes, cloud migrations, and daily break-fix activities.
• Analyze performance trends and technical queries to recommend process improvements and system fine-tuning.
• Escalate critical incidents to appropriate operational support teams and transition tickets as required.
• Act as an internal consultant regarding the use of technical tools and processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Linux administration.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies including Kubernetes and VMWare Tanzu (PCF).
• Proficiency with Application Service (TAS) and Tanzu Kubernetes Grid Integrated (TKGI).
• Experience managing Public Cloud services, specifically Azure and GCP.
• Technical knowledge of AWS environments.
• Ability to analyze technical queries to extract data and create standard databases.
• Experience supporting large-scale applications, databases, and technical services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VMWare environments.
• Knowledge of FAQ documentation and technical knowledge base management.
