Description

You will manage and stabilize critical applications through maintenance and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service stability through regular maintenance and system support.
• Execute automation tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement remediation for system issues.
• Manage production support processes, including incident, change, and problem management.
• Address Jira backlog items related to production incidents and change requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related work experience in Linux administration.
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Ansible automation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins and BitBucket.
• Knowledge of Incident Management and Change Management protocols.
• Experience with call triaging and critical issue resolution.

Preferred Skills

• CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certification.
• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
