Description

Manage data center operations, infrastructure design, and end-to-end IT system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily data center operations, including physical and virtual server environments, storage, and networking equipment.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure while managing capacity upgrades.
• Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Lead infrastructure projects from planning through execution and manage vendor relationships and SLAs.
• Mentor IT professionals, coordinate work schedules, and govern security and data center controls.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Linux and RHEL.
• Hands-on experience with OpenStack and VMware.
• Experience with RHEL Satellite and PAM.
• Knowledge of Windows environments.
• Experience managing SAN switches, storage, and backup systems.
• Familiarity with switch, firewall, and F5 connectivity.
• Competency in rack management and cable management.
• Ability to coordinate with power teams for UPS and power management tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
