Description

You will manage and maintain Linux-based server environments, network infrastructure, and virtualization systems as a remote Systems Administrator.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure new servers from initial unboxing through full network integration.
• Manage and maintain Red Hat Linux environments across versions 6, 7, and 8.
• Administer VMware virtualization, Active Directory, and SAN storage systems.
• Configure and support Cisco routers and switches.
• Perform physical server deployment and hardware setup.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on systems administration experience.
• Proficiency with Red Hat Linux (versions 6, 7, or 8).
• Direct experience with VMware virtualization.
• Hands-on experience with Storage SAN systems.
• Experience managing Active Directory.
• Practical knowledge of Cisco routers and switches.
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-version Red Hat Linux environments.
