Description

You will manage and support Linux-based infrastructure and services in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, patch, and manage backup and recovery processes for Linux infrastructure.
• Maintain Red Hat Enterprise, SUSE, or CentOS operating systems.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks related to CPU, I/O, and memory.
• Provide production support and maintenance for various server infrastructure versions.
• Consult with clients on OS requirements, performance, integration, and capacity planning.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Linux operating systems.
• Extensive experience in Linux installation, configuration, and patching.
• Proficiency in managing Red Hat Enterprise, SUSE, or CentOS.
• Experience with capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Working knowledge of ITIL principles and ITSM.
• Ability to resolve medium-complexity technical issues and track conflicts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technology field.
