Description

You will provide 24/7 operational support for digital channel production environments through proactive monitoring and incident response.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application performance and availability across Unix, Linux, Windows, and AWS Cloud environments.
• Correlate events from multiple monitoring tools to assess impact and prioritize high-impact incidents.
• Troubleshoot middleware components, including Weblogic, Websphere, and DataPower, to restore services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps and Network Operations, to isolate and resolve unplanned outages.
• Execute change, incident, and problem management activities following ITIL Service Management standards.

Required Skills

• Intermediate systems administration experience in Unix/Linux and Windows server environments.
• Hands-on experience with Linux Administration and AWS Cloud environments.
• Proficiency using enterprise monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and AppDynamics.
• Working knowledge of ITSM and ITIL Service Management frameworks.
• Experience supporting distributed systems, virtualization (VMWare, HyperV), and middleware.
• Ability to analyze alerts from various tools to ensure system stability and availability.
• Strong technical communication skills for interacting with on-shore and off-shore teams.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an operational support role.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting experience using Python or Shell to automate alert remediation.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident ticket management.
• Understanding of Microsoft tools and Windows administration.
