Description

Manage enterprise RedHat Unix/Linux solutions, focusing on RHEL 8 & 9 environments, while automating services and maintaining hardware.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise RedHat Unix/Linux systems at scale.
• Automate system administration tasks using Shell and Python scripts.
• Configure and manage LDAP services for user authentication and access control.
• Support virtualization infrastructure using VMware.
• Maintain computer hardware and perform physical maintenance as required.

Required Skills

• 6+ years managing enterprise RedHat Unix/Linux solutions.
• Deep knowledge and experience supporting RHEL 8 & 9.
• Strong scripting skills in Shell and Python.
• Proficient with LDAP configuration and management.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware).
• In-depth knowledge of Redhat Kickstart.
• Hands-on experience with computer hardware maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting servers in the cloud.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (Puppet preferred).
