Description

You will build, support, and automate platform infrastructure for high-scale compute workloads in an on-premise environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain on-premise platform services and distributed systems.
• Automate operational tasks using Python and configuration management tools.
• Implement CI/CD workflows and containerization strategies using Docker or Podman.
• Troubleshoot and optimize high-capacity Linux systems for reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define platform standards and support production rotations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Linux Engineering.
• Strong Python development skills for advanced automation and scripting.
• Expert-level Linux administration, including system internals and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
• Practical knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker or Podman.
• Proficiency with configuration management tools, specifically Ansible.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with orchestration technologies like Kubernetes, Slurm, or Airflow.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform) and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana).
