Description

You will manage core infrastructure systems, lead technical projects, and oversee team operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain systems based on user specifications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Lead technical projects and manage team on-call schedules via ServiceNow.
• Maintain CMDB entries and support Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning.
• Mentor junior staff and identify training needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of related experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Red Hat.
• Experience managing AIX servers.
• Proficiency with Oracle databases.
• Strong proficiency with ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management, user access, and entitlements.
• Understanding of mainframe and SAS application processing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a multi-platform environment.
• Ability to balance development tasks with technical leadership roles.
