Description

You will manage and maintain core Unix infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Unix systems.
• Manage user accounts, file systems, and network services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
• Provide technical support to users.
• Stay current on Unix technologies and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Unix system administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Unix operating systems, specifically Linux and Solaris.
• Proficiency with Unix administration tools like vi, sed, awk, and grep.
• Experience scripting in Perl or Python.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
