Description

You will serve as a technical resource on the enterprise backup team, managing backups, performing systems restores, and providing advanced support for Windows and Linux servers. You will collaborate with other IT teams to coordinate troubleshooting and recovery efforts in a complex, multi-platform environment with critical regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise backup systems and perform data restores.
• Provide advanced technical support for Windows and Linux server infrastructure.
• Analyze business requirements and solve complex infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate recovery efforts.

Required Skills

• 7-9 years of advanced experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
• 4-6 years of proficient experience with Linux operating systems.
• 7-9 years of advanced experience with backup and recovery solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
