Description

Lead quality assurance, test automation, and release engineering for manual and automation teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead manual and automation QA teams and manage release engineering activities.
• Troubleshoot, triage, and diagnose quality issues across the product lifecycle.
• Direct QA Team Leads on release processes and end-to-end product test coverage.
• Drive resolution for escalations through root cause analysis and post-mortem implementations.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance or related roles.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce Litify platform within the legal industry.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Apex.
• Proficiency with Selenium for automation.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Familiarity with GitHub and Radar.
• Proven ability to develop and implement QA best practices.
• Experience with Team Connect or Litify environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading teams in complex Salesforce-based legal tech environments.
