You will support attorneys across complex litigation matters in a hybrid role based in Waynesburg, PA.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage attorney tasks and case workflows.
• Maintain detailed case files, databases, and documentation.
• Coordinate and oversee the full discovery process.
• Draft motions, pleadings, affidavits, discovery requests, responses, and correspondence.
• Prepare exhibits, binders, and materials for hearings, depositions, and trials.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong experience in commercial litigation.
• Ability to manage multi-jurisdictional cases.
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy.
• Experience with legal technology, e-discovery, and case management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to federal litigation, class actions, or appeals.
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program.
