Description

You will develop and optimize C/C++ backend systems for advanced dialog agents.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure quality standards and best practices.
• Lead the development cycle by managing project priorities and ensuring timely delivery.
• Solve complex technical issues in AI system validation using deep C/C++ knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features for dialog agents.
• Improve system accuracy, efficiency, and integration capabilities within AI components.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on backend development.
• Expertise in C and C++ programming languages.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in team management or project leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI systems and code-generation technologies.
