Description

Lead the development and deployment of production-grade AI solutions for healthcare applications.

You will own scalable AI pipelines, develop speech-to-text and LLM workflows, and analyze clinical datasets.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain production-grade AI solutions for healthcare.
• Build scalable AI pipelines using cloud platforms.
• Develop speech-to-text and LLM-based workflows.
• Analyze structured and unstructured clinical datasets and medical imaging.
• Present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data science or machine learning.
• Specialized expertise in NLP and LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with GPT-4, Llama2, Whisper, or Riva.
• Proficiency in Python and ML/NLP libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Experience with AWS or Azure for deploying scalable AI pipelines.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow or SageMaker.
• Experience working with medical imaging and clinical datasets.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of medical devices or clinical workflows.
• Experience with Mistral Large, Claude, or Azure Speech Services.
• Proficiency with spaCy, Docker, and Azure ML Studio.
