Description

Lead the technical direction and development of machine learning systems, focusing on Generative AI and LLM technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and scalable systems.
• Implement strategies for prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic workflows.
• Drive the technical roadmap for the engineering team to align with project goals.
• Provide hands-on programming support using Python, Langchain, and SQL.
• Utilize cloud services including Azure, GCP, or AWS for model deployment.

Required Skills

• 7-10+ years of experience building and implementing machine learning models and systems.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Practical expertise in prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, Langchain, and SQL.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders and SMEs.
• Experience leading engineering teams and defining technical roadmaps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying LLMs for real-world applications.
• Background in developing scalable AI solutions in production environments.
