• Analyze model performance metrics to define optimization and improvement strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI or related fields.
• Proven expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Strong background in Data Science.
• Experience with Computer Vision technologies.
• Experience leading or supervising junior engineers.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical KPIs.
