Description

Manage the deployment, maintenance, and operational support of Large Language Models and Generative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage LLM model operations, including incident management, ongoing maintenance, and user support.
• Monitor GenAI solutions for performance, user interaction, and efficacy.
• Execute guardrail reviews, including bias audits and specific guardrail checks for implemented solutions.
• Perform proactive code optimization and manage code updates beyond standard breakfixes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in model development, deployment, and management.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud platforms and services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning.
• Proficiency with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps.
• Deep knowledge of LLMOps guardrail implementation practices.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Large Language Models and Generative AI solutions.
