Manage the deployment, maintenance, and operational stability of large language models on Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for LLM models, including incident management and ongoing maintenance.
• Monitor GenAI solutions for performance, user interaction, and efficacy.
• Execute guardrail reviews, bias audits, and specific GenAI safety checks.
• Manage code through proactive optimization and maintenance.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in developing, deploying, and managing LLMs on Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Practical knowledge of LLMOps guardrail implementation.
• Degree in any field.
