You will administer and maintain learning management systems, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity for organizational training needs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) and Workday Learning platforms.
• Oversee course creation, curriculum setup, and certification management workflows.
• Generate LMS reports and analyze analytics to track learning progress and compliance.
• Handle data management tasks including bulk uploads and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
• Manage LMS integrations via LTI, APIs, and content providers.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as an LMS Administrator.
• Hands-on administration of Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) LMS.
• Hands-on administration of Workday Learning.
• Strong understanding of LMS architecture and learning standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI).
• Proficiency in LMS reporting, analytics, and data management.
• Experience with LMS integrations (LTI, APIs) and third-party content providers.
