LMS Administrator | Cornerstone OnDemand + Workday Learning | Pune / Hybrid / Remote_

Join a global L&D team for a critical 6-month contract to administer and scale learning platforms.

Location:_ Pune / Hybrid / Remote. Contract - 6 Month. Mid-Level role.

🎯 Required Skills:  
- 3–5 years as an LMS Administrator managing enterprise Learning Management Systems  
- Hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) and Workday Learning (LMS)  
- Expertise in course creation, curriculum setup, certifications, learning paths, and learner enrollments  
- Strong understanding of LMS architecture and learning standards: SCORM, AICC, xAPI  
- Proficiency in LMS reporting, dashboards, analytics, and bulk data uploads  
- Experience with LMS integrations: LTI, APIs, content providers like Udemy  
- Knowledge of permissions, roles, security settings, workflows, and system configuration  
- Strong troubleshooting skills for user access, system errors, and course functionality  
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet SLA timelines
