Role:-  LMS Administrator(Corner stone LMS and workday LMS)

Work Mode- Remote

Shift timings- 2-11 PM

Working days- 5 days

Start date - 1st Sep or August last week

Contract- 6 months

Experience Level: 4+ yrs

Required Skills :

 3–5 years of experience as an LMS Administrator 
 Hands-on experience with:
o Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) LMS
o Workday Learning (LMS)
 Strong understanding of LMS architecture, learning standards (SCORM, AICC,
xAPI)
 Experience in course creation, curriculum setup, and certification management
 Proficiency in LMS reporting and analytics
 Experience with data management (bulk uploads, troubleshooting data issues)
 Familiarity with LMS integrations (LTI, APIs, content providers)QA Test, Virtualization, cloud
