Analyze and optimize the Learning Management System environment to align with organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current LMS features, performance, user experience, and integration points.
- Gather and document functional requirements from Learning & Development, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct gap analysis between existing LMS capabilities and desired new functionality.
- Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and specific areas for improvement in the current system.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or systems assessment.
- Strong proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to conduct detailed gap analysis and requirement documentation.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT and L&D.
- Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LMS integration points and API evaluations.
- Background in instructional design or learning technology.
