Description

Analyze and optimize the Learning Management System environment to align with organizational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current LMS features, performance, user experience, and integration points.
  • Gather and document functional requirements from Learning & Development, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct gap analysis between existing LMS capabilities and desired new functionality.
  • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and specific areas for improvement in the current system.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or systems assessment.
  • Strong proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to conduct detailed gap analysis and requirement documentation.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT and L&D.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with LMS integration points and API evaluations.
  • Background in instructional design or learning technology.
