Description

You will program, maintain, and enhance the Learning Management System, ensuring robust configuration management and seamless code baselines across environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Program and maintain the LMS, including creating and maintaining product builds and development/test code baselines.
• Review and analyze software and hardware configurations for specific environments to recommend system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and communicate solutions to team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with customer expectations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of lead programming experience.
• Experience migrating from Cornerstone Saba LMS to Decebo LMS.
• Proficiency in Java and Python programming and scripting.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of LMS systems and software configuration management.
• Ability to manage code baselines across development and test environments.
• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, or Automation Testing is required.

Preferred Skills

• Deep experience with AI Machine Learning.
• Advanced Automation Testing capabilities.
