Description

You coordinate LMS transformation projects using Docebo, Edcast, or Intellum. You support project managers in planning, tracking, and delivering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, tracking progress against milestones.
• Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and audit trails.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure information flow.
• Identify project risks and issues, escalating them to project managers and contributing to mitigation strategies.
• Assist in resource allocation and coordinate with departments to secure necessary support.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project support roles.
• Hands-on experience with at least one LMS platform: Docebo, Edcast, or Intellum.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

• Proven problem-solving ability under pressure.
• Experience suggesting process improvements for project delivery.
