Description

Lead performance and automated testing for distributed web-based applications and mainframes.

Responsibilities

• Review product requirements and design specifications to create comprehensive test plans.
• Execute performance testing using LoadRunner across web and mainframe environments.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and infrastructure.
• Write and maintain automated Java test scripts.
• Perform system, acceptance, smoke, regression, and exploratory testing.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with LoadRunner performance testing tools.
• 5+ years of experience testing distributed web-based applications.
• 3+ years of experience with Selenium, Ruby, and Cucumber.
• 3+ years of experience using LoadRunner for mainframe testing.
• 2+ years of experience developing automated Java test scripts.
• 2+ years of experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 7 years of IT experience, or Master’s degree with 5 years of experience, or 11 years of total work experience.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder and able to obtain a public trust clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AGILE testing environments, working with APIs, SQL, and BitBucket.
• Proficiency in defect management processes and MS Office.
