Description

Lead performance testing and automation efforts to identify system bottlenecks and ensure software reliability.

Responsibilities

• Execute performance testing using LoadRunner, JMeter, or Silk Performer.
• Troubleshoot system bottlenecks using APM tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
• Design and develop test automation frameworks using established design patterns.
• Implement parallel execution across multiple browsers and devices.
• Lead performance or automation test teams to deliver testing objectives.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with LoadRunner, JMeter, or Silk Performer.
• Experience troubleshooting with Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
• Strong programming skills in Core Java, .NET, or JavaScript.
• Ability to write and execute complex SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services including REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and HTTP.
• Expertise in Test Automation Framework design and development.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cross-browser test automation and parallel execution.
• Any Graduate degree.
